All the prices are, of course VAT included, in EURO. Eno-market Aquarium srl will impose shares VAT by D.P.R. 633/72 with relative exceptions connected to subjects that live in EU countries or out of them.

The imposed VAT shares (4%, 10%, 20%, 0%) they change according to product typology.

The effective amount of VAT, will be indicated on the order form as well as will be it transcribed on the sended confirmation by e-mail.

Fiscal documentation
The goods will be carried always joined up with a summary of the order. According to the article 2 sub-paragraph 1 of D.P.R 696/96 (exeption of issue obligation of fiscal document for correspondence sales), Eno-Market Aquarium srl will issue the invoice if is required by the customer.

This demand will be done at the moment of the order.
